When will my order be shipped? (UK Mainland)
We aim to ship orders the same day, if placed before 1pm.
Occasionally, we may miss this if our courier collection arrives earlier than expected.
If you place an order containing multiple products after 12pm, we’ll always do our very best to get it out for you, but we can’t guarantee same-day dispatch in those cases.
In the rare event that your order is not shipped the same day, we will always aim to ship orders within 1-2 working days.
Orders are shipped between Monday - Friday.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, and other charges upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. House of Scent is unable to predict, control, or cover such fees, as they vary between countries. Customers are advised to contact their local customs office for further information before placing an order.
It is also the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the products ordered are permitted for import into the destination country. House of Scent accepts no responsibility for checking whether products comply with local import restrictions, regulations, or customs requirements.
If an order is returned to us because a customer has not paid the relevant fees, or if the order has been rejected, refused, or detained by customs due to the products not being accepted in the destination country, any refund will be issued solely at the discretion of House of Scent. Any shipping charges paid are non-refundable in the event of international orders being returned to us. Any refund due will not be processed until goods are received back to House of Scent.
House of Scent will not take any responsibility for overseas shipments once an order has been dispatched to the courier. Upon transfer of goods to the courier, risk of loss, damage, or delay passes entirely to the customer.
House of Scent shall not be liable under any circumstances for loss, damage, delay, or non-delivery of international orders.
Customers acknowledge that no refunds, replacements, or reimbursements will be provided by House of Scent in connection with international shipping issues.
All claims relating to loss, damage, or delay must be made directly with the courier.
Customers are strongly advised to obtain adequate shipping insurance before placing high-value international orders.
By submitting an international order with House of Scent, the customer accepts full responsibility for the shipment once in possession of the courier and agrees to these terms in their entirety.
